At ZOOMARS, we take safety issues seriously. So here are a few rules to have fun by.

Be Calm

Pet animals gently. Use slow movements and a soft voice.

Be Careful

Ask a Zookeeper to show you how to pet, feed and hold the animals.

Be Clean

Be sure to wash or sanitize your hands after petting.

ZOOMARS is USDA approved and meets govenment standards for cleanliness and animal care. To play safely, here are some things to keep in mind while visiting

Clean your hands

Use soap and water or sanitizer after touching animals

Avoid hand-to-mouth activities

Don’t eat, drink or touch your eyes, mouth or nose while visiting the animals until after you’ve washed up.
